THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 75/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;

Pursuant to the Council of Ministers' Decree No. 201/CP dated May 26, 1981 (now the Government) on "Management of Economic-Technical Norms" and Decision No. 404-CP dated December 4, 1984 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister) on "Delegation of Authority to the Director of the State Planning Commission (now the Minister of Planning and Investment) to review and issue national-level economic-technical norms."

Based on the proposal of the Standing Committee for the Review of National Norms;

DECISION:

Article 1: Now hereby issuing the economic-technical norms for electricity production, transmission, and distribution in 1996 as attached.

Article 2: On the basis of these norms, it is recommended that the Ministry of Industry and Vietnam Electricity Corporation approve specific norms for their respective enterprises.

Article 3: These norms replace similar norms previously issued.
