DECREE NO. 58-CP OF OCTOBER 7, 1995 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT OF MARKET TOWNS BELONGING TO THE DISTRICTS OF QUE VO, LUC NGOAN, HA BAC PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Bac Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,DECREE:
Article 1.- The establishment of the town of Pho Moi under Que Vo District and the adjustment of the boundary of the town of Chu under Luc Ngan District, Ha Bac Province, are hereby carried out as follows:
1. Establish the town of Pho Moi, the district capital of Que Vo District, with a natural area of 77 hectares and 1,863 population from Viet Hung Commune, and a natural area of 197 hectares with 2,469 population from Phuong Mao Commune, both within the district.
The town of Pho Moi has a natural area of 274 hectares with 4,332 population.
The boundaries of the town of Pho Moi: to the East borders Viet Hung Commune; to the West borders Phuong Mao Commune; to the South borders Bong Lai Commune; to the North borders Bang An Commune and Phuong Liu Commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries:
Viet Hung Commune retains a natural area of 830 hectares with 8,416 population.
Phuong Mao Commune has a natural area of 382.72 hectares with 3,342 population.
2. Incorporate into the town of Chu a natural area of 184 hectares and 844 population from Tru Huu Commune (including the villages of Chu and Nhat Duc and households residing within the town of Chu).
The town of Chu has a natural area of 319 hectares with 6,087 population. The boundaries of the town of Chu: to the East borders Nghia Ho Commune; to the West and to the North borders Tru Huu Commune; to the South borders Nam Duong Commune.
After the boundary adjustment, Tru Huu Commune retains a natural area of 1,269 hectares with 6,236 population.
Article 2.- This Decree takes effect from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3.- The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Bac Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decree.
