Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decision No. 61/2000/QD-TTg dated June 5, 2000 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention;

Pursuant to Decision No. 818/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2000 on the appointment of members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention;

Considering the proposals of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in Circular No. 3159/CV-BNN-TCCB dated December 23, 2004; the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 9603/TCCB dated October 28, 2004,

DECISION:

Article 1. Appointing the following individuals as Members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention:

1. Mr. Tran Van Nhung, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, replacing Ms. Dang Huynh Mai.

2. Mr. Hua Duc Nhi, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, replacing Mr. Nguyen Duc Thinh.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central city administrations, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
