REGARDING THE AMENDMENT OF REGISTRATION CODES AND ISSUANCE OF LICENSE PLATES FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE MOTORCYCLES IN THE PROVINCES OF ĐIỆN BIÊN AND LAI CHÂU AS PER DECISION NO. 4381/2001/QĐ-BGTVT OF DECEMBER 19, 2001 AND DECISION NO. 226/2004/QĐ-BGTVT OF FEBRUARY 1, 2004 OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The registration codes and issuance of license plates for special purpose motorcycles in the provinces of Điện Biên and Lai Châu are adjusted as follows:

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Legal Department, Transport Department, Science and Technology Department, Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, Director of the Vietnam Technical Inspection Bureau, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision.
