THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation (Letter No. 420/LH-DT-BOD dated August 9, 1999) and the Director of the Organizational and Cadre Affairs Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Change the name of Thinh Hao Electronics Company to Construction Electronics Company.
Construction Electronics Company is a state-owned enterprise, a member of Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation, operating independently with its own economic accounts, possessing legal personality, having a seal, and maintaining a bank account.
- The headquarters of the Company is located at O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City.
- International trade name: VIETTRONICS ENGINEERING COMPANY, abbreviated as VNC.
This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.Main business activities of Construction Electronics Company:
- Research, design, production, and trading of industrial, specialized, and household electronic equipment;
- Consulting and maintenance services for upgrading electronic devices used in measurement and automatic control, medical and household appliances, office equipment, informatics, electrical and refrigeration equipment, lifting and explosion-proof equipment;
- Installation of power lines and transformer stations;
- Import and export of machinery, equipment, materials, and electronic informatics components.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. All previous documents conflicting with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Heads of Specialized Administrative Management Bureaus, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation, Directors of Thinh Hao Electronics Company and Construction Electronics Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
