REGARDING THE DIVISION OF QUANG HA DISTRICT, QUANG NINH PROVINCE INTO TWO DISTRICTS
HAI HA AND DAM HA
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, QUANG HA DISTRICT, QUANG NINH PROVINCE IS DIVIDED INTO TWO DISTRICTS, HAI HA AND DAM HA AS FOLLOWS:
HAI HA DISTRICT HAS AN AREA OF 69,013.1 HA AND A POPULATION OF 46,995; IT INCLUDES 16 SUBDIVISIONS INCLUDING THE COMMUNES PHU HAI, QUANG TRUNG, QUANG PHONG, QUANG CHINH, QUANG LONG, QUANG DIEN, CAI CHIEN, DUONG HOA, TIEN TOI, QUANG SON, QUANG THINH, QUANG MINH, QUANG THANH, QUANG THANG, QUANG DUC AND THE MARKET TOWN QUANG HA.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF HAI HA DISTRICT: EAST ADJACENT TO THE MARKET TOWN MONG CAIN, WEST ADJACENT TO THE DISTRICTS BINH LIEU AND DAM HA, SOUTH ADJACENT TO THE EAST SEA, NORTH ADJACENT TO THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA.
DAM HA DISTRICT HAS AN AREA OF 41,436.4 HA AND A POPULATION OF 29,938; IT INCLUDES 9 SUBDIVISIONS INCLUDING THE COMMUNES DAIBINH, DUCTHANH, QUANGTAN, QUANGLOI, QUANGAN, QUANGLAM, DAMHA, TANBINH AND THE MARKET TOWN DAMHA.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF DAM HA DISTRICT: EAST ADJACENT TO HAI HA DISTRICT, WEST ADJACENT TO TIEN YEN DISTRICT, SOUTH ADJACENT TO VAN DON DISTRICT, NORTH ADJACENT TO BINH LIEU AND HAI HA DISTRICTS.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
