Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in the letter No. 1294/BGD&ĐT-SĐH dated February 21, 2002, and the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment in the letter No. 995/BKHCN&MT-TCCBKH dated April 22, 2002.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Assigning the task of training master's degree to the Public Health University.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and stipulate the majors for training master's degree for the Public Health University.
Article 3. Qualified this Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
