Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 27/2003/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulations on Appointment, Reappointment, Rotation, Resignation, and Removal from Office of Leading Cadres and Civil Servants;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON APPOINTMENT, RECOGNITION, REAPPOINTMENT, RECONNAISSANCE, REMOVAL FROM OFFICE, TERMINATION OF RECOGNITION, AND RESIGNATION OF THE HEAD OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, AND DIRECTORS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NO. 10/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated April 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the issuance of the Regulations on Appointment, Recognition, Reappointment, Reconnaissance, Removal from Office, Termination of Recognition, and Resignation of the Head and Deputy Head of Vocational Colleges, Vocational Colleges, and Directors of Vocational Training Centers.
Article 3. MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHIEFS OF CENTRAL ORGANIZATIONS WITH VOCATIONAL TRAINING FACILITIES; CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND DIRECTORATES OF MUNICIPALITIES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING; DIRECTORS OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS DIRECTORATES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; HEADS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING FACILITIES AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
