REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
BASED ON THE LAW ON CULTURAL HERITAGE AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON CULTURAL HERITAGE;
CONSIDERING THE LETTER NO. 193/UBND-VX OF JANUARY 17, 2008 FROM THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NAM PROVINCE AND THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE HERITAGE SITE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE.
DECISION:
Article 1. RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
HISTORICAL HERITAGE SITE
QUANG DA SPECIAL ZONE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
QUE HIEP COMMUNE, QUE SON DISTRICT, QUANG NAM PROVINCE
THE AREA OF PROTECTION OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAP OF THE PROTECTED AREAS OF THE HERITAGE SITE IN THE DOCUMENTATION.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES RATED UNDER ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM THE STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND POWERS AS PROVIDED BY THE LEGISLATION ON CULTURAL HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NAM PROVINCE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF QUANG NAM PROVINCE, AND THE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
