THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the General Department of Fisheries at document No. 1181/TCTS-VPCP dated December 22, 2010 regarding the assignment of the General Department of Fisheries to be the main body organizing management and use of House A1 and House A2 at No. 10 Nguyen Cong Hoan Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions on the delegation of administrative procedures in fields under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade."
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the General Department of Fisheries to be the main body organizing management of House A1 and House A2 of the Ministry's office at No. 10 Nguyen Cong Hoan Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City from January 2011.
Article 2. The Ministry's Office shall take the lead in coordinating with the General Department of Fisheries, the Construction Management Agency, and related units currently working at the Ministry's office at No. 10 Nguyen Cong Hoan Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City to reach consensus on the specific responsibilities of each unit in managing and using the working area, common usage area of House A1 and House A2, and meeting rooms in House A2.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Department of Fisheries, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
