Regarding the suspension of the issuance of three-year Treasury bonds
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/CP dated April 5, 1995 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Treasury under the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 72/CP dated July 26, 1994 of the Government on the issuance regulations for government bonds;
At the proposal of the General Director of the State Treasury;
DECISION:
Article 1. The issuance of three-year Treasury bonds according to Decision No. 433 TC/KBNN dated May 28, 1994 of the Minister of Finance shall be suspended on the territory of 30 provinces and cities currently issuing such bonds from 16:30 on June 19, 1995.
Article 2. The General Director of the State Treasury, heads of units directly under the Ministry of Finance, and Directors of Treasuries of provinces and cities that have issued three-year bonds are responsible for implementing this Decision.
