NO. 6/SL OF FEBRUARY 25, 1949
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 14-SL/M dated January 2, 1948 establishing the national budget;
In accordance with the national budget for fiscal year 1948;
Considering the circumstances;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
After consultation between the Council of Ministers and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Pending approval of the national budget for fiscal year 1949, expenditures and revenues under this budget shall temporarily be based on the estimated figures recorded in the national budget for fiscal year 1948.
Article 2: The Minister of Finance is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
