REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PHUOC MINH COMMUNE UNDER NINH PHUOC DISTRICT, NINH THUAN PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH THUAN PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. ESTABLISH PHUOC MINH COMMUNE UNDER NINH PHUOC DISTRICT, NINH THUAN PROVINCE ON THE BASIS OF ADJUSTING 6,300 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,470 POPULATION FROM PHUOC NAM COMMUNE; 1,750 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,623 POPULATION FROM PHUOC DIEM COMMUNE IN THE SAME DISTRICT.
PHUOC MINH COMMUNE HAS 8,050 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 3,090 POPULATION.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF PHUOC MINH COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO PHUOC DINH COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO NHII HA COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO PHUOC DIEM COMMUNE AND VINH HAO COMMUNE (TUYPHONG DISTRICT, BINH THUAN PROVINCE); NORTH ADJACENT TO PHUOC NAM COMMUNE.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:
PHUOC NAM COMMUNE HAS 6,300 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 12,700 POPULATION.
PHUOC DIEM COMMUNE HAS 5,930 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 11,933 POPULATION.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH THUAN PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
