Issuing temporary regulations on general technical requirements
for two-wheeled motorbike assembly production lines of the IKD type

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Based on the guidance of the Prime Minister in Official Letter No. 631/CP-KTTH dated June 19, 1999 regarding the situation of production and demand for motorbikes;
On the basis of the unified opinions of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Commerce;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality and the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are "Regulations on General Technical Requirements for Two-Wheeled Motorbike Assembly Production Lines of the IKD Type".
Article 2. These regulations shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of specialized state management agencies under the Ministry, and enterprises with IKD-type motorcycle assembly lines are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
