Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 248/1998/QĐ-TTg, December 24, 1998, of the Prime Minister on certain guidelines and measures for managing the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate for 1999; Decision No. 252/1998/QĐ-TTg December 26, 1998, of the Prime Minister on the allocation of targets for the national plan and state budget estimate for 1999; Decision No. 868/1998/QĐ-BKH, December 29, 1998, of the Minister of Planning and Investment on the allocation of targets for the national plan for 1999; Decision No. 73/1998/QĐ-BTC, December 30, 1998, of the Minister of Finance on the allocation of the state budget revenue and expenditure estimate for 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Planning;
DECIDES:
Article 1:Now allocate the target for the state budget revenue and expenditure plan for 1999 for the project: (attached detailed table);
Article 2: Based on the assigned functions and plans, the unit shall promptly organize implementation to ensure completion of the national plan for 1999.
Article 3: The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Planning and Planning, the Department of Finance and Accounting, relevant Bureaus and Departments, and the heads of units assigned the task are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
