Regarding the assignment of market work and trade promotion tasks to the Planning and Planning Department

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of Decision No. 17 NN-TCCB/QĐ dated January 6, 1996 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the functions, duties, authorities, and organizational structure of the Planning and Planning Department;
These regulations are hereby promulgated along with this Decision "Regulations on the Transfer, Rotation, and Temporary Assignment of Officials and Civil Servants of the Government Inspectorate."
DECISION:
Article 1. - Now assigns the Market Work and Trade Promotion tasks to the Planning and Planning Department for implementation.
Article 2. - The Director of the Planning and Planning Department shall organize the implementation of the above tasks based on the orientation of agricultural and forestry product markets, processed agricultural and forestry products markets, material supply markets, and import and export markets.
As for personnel, the Director of the Planning and Planning Department will arrange within the department's establishment and appoint an Assistant Director to oversee.
Article 3. - This decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of issuance.
Article 4. - The Minister's Office Director, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Planning and Planning Department, and the heads of relevant units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this decision./.
