DECISION OF THE MINISTER

OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

ON ANNOUNCING THE LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION, EXPORT, REPACKAGING, IMPORT, CIRCULATION, USE AND RESTRICTED USE IN VIETNAM Male Year 2003

  

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated 01/11/1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Implementation Regulation of the Animal Health Ordinance, Veterinary Drug Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 93/CP dated 27/11/1993 of the Government;

Pursuant to Circular No. 62/2001/TT-BNN dated June 5, 2001 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the export and import of goods under the specialized management of agriculture according to Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2000 of the Prime Minister on the management of export and import of goods during the period 2001-2005;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health,

 

DECIDES:

Article 1.ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION:

1. List of veterinary drugs permitted for production, export, repackaging.

2. List of veterinary drugs and raw materials for veterinary drugs permitted for import.

3. List of veterinary drugs and raw materials for veterinary drugs restricted for use.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of issuance. The list of veterinary drugs issued in Decision No. 40/2002/QĐ-BNN dated May 27, 2002 is abolished.

Article 3. The Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, individuals within the country and foreigners engaged in activities related to the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
