THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated 18/7/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Quality Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Ordinance on Plant Varieties No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Head of the Science and Industry Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision: The List of crop varieties that must apply industry standards.
Article 2. In each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will adjust and supplement this List to meet production and business needs.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Government, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
