ISSUING SAMPLE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT OF STUDENTS AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
WHEREAS Decree No. 135/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulates the regime for applying measures to send individuals to medical facilities, the organization of activities at such facilities under the Ordinance on Handling Administrative Violations, and the regime applicable to minors and voluntary patients;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL EVIL PREVENTION AND CONTROL.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE SAMPLE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT OF STUDENTS AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS, INCLUDING:
1. SAMPLE REGULATION ON MANAGEMENT OF STUDENTS AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS;
2. SAMPLE REGULATION ON VISITS AND MEETINGS BETWEEN STUDENT FAMILIES AND STUDENTS, STAFF AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS;
3. SAMPLE REGULATION ON INCENTIVES AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS TOWARDS STUDENTS AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS;
4. SAMPLE REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITIES OF STUDENT SELF-GOVERNANCE GROUPS AT SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS.
Article 2. BASED ON SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENTS SHALL INSTRUCT DIRECTORS OF SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS TO ISSUE REGULATIONS ON STUDENT MANAGEMENT AT SUCH CENTERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAWS ON MEDICAL TREATMENT AND DRUG DEPENDENCY TREATMENT AND THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DECISION.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 4. THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL EVIL PREVENTION AND CONTROL, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENTS, AND DIRECTORS OF SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
