AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE LIST OF DRUGS AND PRECURSOR CHEMICALS ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO. 73/2018/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED MAY 15, 2018 ON THE LIST OF DRUGS AND PRECURSOR CHEMICALS
||| Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Narcotics dated December 9, 2000 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Prevention and Control of Narcotics dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Criminal Code dated November 27, 2015 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Criminal Code dated June 20, 2017;
The Government issues this Decree amending and supplementing the list of narcotic substances and precursors promulgated together with Decree No. 57/2022/NĐ-CP dated August 25, 2022 of the Government stipulating the lists of narcotic substances and precursors.
BASED ON THE PHARMACEUTICAL LAW dated April 6, 2016;
The Government promulgates this Decree on regulations regarding entry, exit, and residence policies for foreigners at the International Financial Center in Vietnam.
The Government promulgates this Decree amending and supplementing the List of Drugs and Precursor Chemicals issued together with Decree No. 73/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government stipulating the Lists of Drugs and Precursor Chemicals.

Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance.
2. Organizations and individuals engaged in the production and trade of precursors as stipulated in Clause 7, Article 1 shall comply with the regulations on precursor management under this Decree and related documents from August 1, 2020.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
