Allow the health sector to charge fees for testing

samples of medicines, raw materials for medicines, and medical equipment

 

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to the Law on Health Care for the People dated June 30, 1989;

At the proposal of the Minister of Health,

 

DECISION:

Article 1

Allow testing facilities under the Health Sector to collect testing fees for samples of medicines, raw materials for medicines, and medical equipment submitted for testing by domestic and foreign organizations and individuals. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance shall consult and jointly issue a decision on the fee levels and be responsible before the Prime Minister.

Article 2

The collected testing fees must be managed and utilized according to the financial management regime for revenue-generating public institutions as prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.

Article 3

This Decision takes effect from October 1, 1994.

Article 4

The Ministers of Finance and Health are responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.

Article 5

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
