THE MINISTER OF TRADE

            Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Pursuant to the requirements for administrative procedure reform in commercial activities;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department.

Article 1. The "Regulation on handling complaints from state-owned enterprises and affiliated public institutions" under the Ministry's management is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Directors of Departments, Bureaus, Institutes, Boards, Schools, and General Directors of state-owned enterprises under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this decision./.
