Upgrading the Quang Binh, Hoa Binh, and Phu Yen Provincial Teacher Training Schools to College-level Teacher Training Schools
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/CP dated November 24, 1993 of the Government stipulating the framework structure of the national education system, the system of educational certificates and qualifications for training and education in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1992 on the tasks, authorities, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of Quang Binh, Hoa Binh, and Phu Yen provinces;
DECISION:
Article 1
The Quang Binh, Hoa Binh, and Phu Yen Provincial Teacher Training Schools shall be upgraded to College-level Teacher Training Schools.
Article 2
The College-level Teacher Training Schools mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision shall have the task of training and improving primary and secondary school teachers in Quang Binh, Hoa Binh, and Phu Yen provinces to college level, and conducting educational scientific research to meet the requirements for the development and improvement of the quality of primary and secondary education in these localities.
Article 3
The College-level Teacher Training Schools mentioned in Article 1 shall enjoy policies and systems established by the State for universities and colleges.
Article 4
This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 5
The Minister of Education and Training, the Ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies, and the heads of government agencies; the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
