REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LEGAL EFFECTIVENESS
THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS ANNOUNCES AS FOLLOWS:

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Issuing Legal Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. ANNEXED HERETO ARE:

1. The list of legal regulatory documents issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs within its authority that have lost their legal effectiveness (List I).

2. The list of joint circulars drafted and issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs that have lost their legal effectiveness (List II).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under central cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
