Article 1: THE CENTRAL AUDITING AND INVENTORY BOARD IS ESTABLISHED WITH THE TASK OF DIRECTING THE AUDIT AND REASSESSMENT OF FIXED ASSETS OF THE STATE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND PUBLIC SERVICE SECTOR, COMPRISING THE FOLLOWING COMPANION(S):

Article 2: THE CENTRAL AUDITING AND INVENTORY BOARD SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE TASKS AS PROVIDED FOR IN DECISION NO. 466/TTg DATED JULY 2, 1997 OF THE PRIME MINISTER AND THE REGULATIONS SET OUT IN THE WORKING REGULATIONS OF THE CENTRAL AUDITING AND INVENTORY BOARD.
Article 3: THE CENTRAL AUDITING AND INVENTORY BOARD SHALL ESTABLISH ASSISTANT UNITS COMPRISING 27 COMPANION(S) (ATTACHED LIST).
THE TASKS OF THE ASSISTANT UNITS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CENTRAL AUDITING AND INVENTORY BOARD.
Article 4: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS, AND THE COMPANION(S) LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 AND ARTICLE 3 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
