VIETNAM INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 63/1998/QĐ-BCN dated September 22, 1998 of the Minister of Industry on the establishment of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation at Circular No. 31/TT-HĐQT dated September 19, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approve the Regulations on organization and operations of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation attached hereto.

Article 2. -This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 2221/QĐ-TCCB dated October 14, 1998;

The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Directors, the Bureau Chiefs under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation, and the Directors of the affiliated units of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
