- Pursuant to Law on the State Bank No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government regarding tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
- On the proposal of the Director of the Accounting-Finance Department,

Article 1.
Amend Point D Clause 3 Article 5 on "Provisions regarding the banking code system, credit organizations and state treasuries opening accounts at SBV for direct payment transactions" issued by Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank as follows:Serial Number

The Director of the Office, Directors of the Accounting-Finance Department and Information Technology Department of the State Bank, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors (Directors) of provincial branches of the State Bank; General Managers (Managers) of credit organizations and state treasuries are responsible for implementing this Decision. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Accounting and Finance Department, Head of the Bank Information Technology Department, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors of provincial/municipal branches of the State Bank; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and Treasury shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
