The Director of the Office, Heads of the Accounting and Finance Department, Head of the Bank Information Technology Department, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors of provincial/municipal branches of the State Bank; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and Treasury shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
