DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

 Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law No. 26/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,

DECISION:

 Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS:

"MECHANICAL ROAD VEHICLES - ALLOWABLE ERRORS

FOR ROUNDING NUMBERS IN RELATION TO DIMENSIONS,

AND WEIGHT OF MECHANICAL VEHICLES".

Registration number: 22 TCVN 275 - 05.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE VIETNAM MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION CIRCULAR, THE VIETNAM ROADS CIRCULAR, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE TRANSPORT AUTHORITIES/ PUBLIC WORKS AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
