Regarding the issuance of the Criteria for Classifying Protective Forests
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Protection and Development of Forests 2004;
At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Criteria for Classifying Protective Forests.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Forest Management Department, the Heads of the Science and Technology Department, the Legal Affairs Department, the Forest Inspection Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Chiefs of the Forest Inspection Branches of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
