REGARDING THE ISSUE OF STANDARDS:
LIGHT LIFEBUOY - STORAGE AND PRESERVATION REGULATIONS FOR NATIONAL RESERVE
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON THE QUALITY OF GOODS ORDINANCE NO. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 OF DECEMBER 24, 1999 ISSUED BY THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
BASED ON THE NATIONAL RESERVE ORDINANCE NO. 17/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 OF APRIL 29, 2004 ISSUED BY THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 179/2004/NĐ-CP OF OCTOBER 21, 2004 ON STATE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT AND COMMODITY QUALITY;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 196/2004/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 2, 2004 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE ORDINANCE;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 77/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 1, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: LIGHT LIFEBUOY - STORAGE AND PRESERVATION REGULATIONS FOR NATIONAL RESERVE (DESIGNATED AS TCN 07:2005).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, AND THE HEADS OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE UNITS WITHIN THEIR RESPECTIVE FUNCTIONAL POWERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THIS DECISION./.
