CIRCULAR

Issuing the "Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam"

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Seed Law;

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the "Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam",

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Circular is the "Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam" (Annex attached), including: three rice varieties; four maize varieties and one flower variety.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
