CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations in the field of animal feed

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on the management of animal feed;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department and the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby decides as follows:
Article 1. Issued along with this Circular are 02 National Technical Regulations in the field of Animal Feed:
Code: QCVN 01 - 77: 2011/BNNPTNT
2. National Technical Regulation: Animal feed - Sanitary safety criteria and maximum permissible levels in animal feed.
Code: QCVN 01 - 78: 2011/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Livestock Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation. / .
