Article 2. Printing of Forms
1. The forms used in environmental inspection activities must be printed in accordance with the content and format prescribed in this Circular.
2. Local public security units requiring forms shall prepare a forecast of the number needed and send it to the Police Force for Preventing and Combating Crime for printing plans or guidance for local units to print.
Article 3. Management and Use of Forms
1. The forms used in environmental inspection activities serving preventive work, detection, and handling of violations of environmental protection laws by the police force must be managed and used economically and for their intended purposes.
2. Information recorded in the forms must be complete, accurate, and comply with regulations.
Article 4. Implementation provisions
1. This Circular takes effect from December 3, 2012.
2. The Director General of the Police Force for Preventing and Combating Crime is responsible for organizing implementation, guiding, monitoring, and supervising the implementation of this Circular.
3. Directors of the subordinate General Departments, Heads of Units under the Ministry, Provincial Police Chiefs, Chief of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Department are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation of this Circular, if any difficulties arise, local public security units shall report to the Ministry (through the Police Force for Preventing and Combating Crime) for timely guidance.
