DECREE

NO. 61 DATED JUNE 18, 1949

 

PRESIDENT

VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries and establishing Bureaus within the Ministries;

At the proposal of the Minister of Economy;

In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1

Appoints Mr. Bui Thanh Van to hold the position of Director of Affairs at the Ministry of Economy;

Article 2

The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree accordingly.
