Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 39/CP dated June 27, 1995, promulgating the Model Charter on the organization and operation of State Corporations,
Considering the specific conditions and the wishes of the Quang Ninh Port as proposed by the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation,
Supplementing the Quang Ninh Port as a member of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation.
DECISION:
Article 1. - The Ministry of Transport, the Vietnam Maritime Administration, the Vietnam Maritime Corporation, the Quang Ninh Port, and other relevant state agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. - The Ministry of Transport, the Vietnam Maritime Administration, the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Corporation, the Quang Ninh Port, and other relevant state agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
