DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HO CHI MINH CITY PRIVATE FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND COMPUTER UNIVERSITY

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15-CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (number 6295/TCCB dated September 12, 1994),

DECISION:

Article 1. APPROVES the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City Private Foreign Language and Computer University.

Article 2. The Ho Chi Minh City Private Foreign Language and Computer University is a higher education institution subject to the management of the Ministry of Education and Training. The University has its own legal personality, seal, and separate bank account.

The system of diplomas of the Ho Chi Minh City Private Foreign Language and Computer University is part of the national diploma system.

Article 3. The Ho Chi Minh City Private Foreign Language and Computer University operates in accordance with the law, the Private University Charter issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Statutes of the University approved by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 4. THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE MINISTERS AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, THE HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES UNDER THE GOVERNMENT, THE CHAIRMEN OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT THAT ARE RELATED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
