THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the "Investment Construction Management Regulation" issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government;
In accordance with the agreement of the Ministry of Construction in Circular No. 2521/BXD-VKT dated September 8, 1999 regarding the application of the survey price for constructing power distribution networks under 6KV;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Article 1. Provision: The survey price for constructing power transmission lines under 6KV shall be 65% of the price of the route survey work for power transmission lines 6-10-35KV as stipulated in Chapter VI - Survey Price Table for Specialized Power Engineering Projects accompanying Decision No. 36/1998/QĐ-BCN dated June 2, 1998 of the Minister of Industry. A detailed price list is attached.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect nationwide from July 1, 1999 to July 1, 2000. Survey quantities that have been inspected, accepted, and settled will not be adjusted according to this Decision.
Article 3. During implementation, it is recommended that units pay attention to monitoring, summarizing, and reflecting the situation to the Ministry of Industry - Department of Planning and Investment for the basis to complete and issue the official price.
Article 4. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, Directors of Departments, General Directors of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation, Directors of Provincial Industry Departments, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
