DECREE
Regarding the establishment of communes under the districts of Don Duong,
Duc Trong and Bao Lam, Lam Dong province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Lam Dong province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board - Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now establish communes under the districts of Don Duong, Duc Trong and Bao Lam, Lam Dong province as follows:
1. Establish commune Da Ron under Don Duong district based on 3,349.3 hectares of natural area and 9,133 population of Thanh My town.
Administrative boundary of commune Da Ron: East borders Thanh My town; West borders Duc Trong district; South borders commune Tu Tra; North borders Da Lat city.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Thanh My town has 2,130.7 hectares of natural area and 9,142 population.
2. Establish commune Tan Thanh under Duc Trong district based on 2,270 hectares of natural area and 5,326 population of Tan Hoi commune.
Administrative boundary of commune Tan Thanh: East borders Phu Hoi commune; West borders Lam Ha district; South borders Ninh Gia commune; North borders Tan Hoi commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Tan Hoi commune has 2,360 hectares of natural area and 10,902 population.
3. Establish commune B' La under Bao Lam district based on 7,424 hectares of natural area and 3,302 population of Loc Quang commune.
Administrative boundary of commune B' La: East borders Loc Phu commune and Loc Thang town; West borders Loc Bao commune and Loc Bac commune; South borders Loc Quang commune; North borders Loc Bao commune and Loc Lam commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Loc Quang commune has 3,226 hectares of natural area and 3,873 population.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board - Government and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
