THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 44/1998/NĐ-CP dated June 29, 1999 of the Government on the transformation of state-owned enterprises into joint stock companies;

Considering the proposal of Vietnam Electricity Corporation (Letter No. 6645 EVN/TCCB&ĐT dated December 6, 2001) regarding the adjustment of the privatization plan for the Ly Tam Concrete Paving Plant - Material Transport Enterprise under Electricity Company No. 3;

At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board of the Ministry of Industry and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Amend Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 04/2001/QĐ-BCN dated January 16, 2001, issued by the Minister of Industry on transferring the Ly Tam Concrete Paving Plant - Material Transport Enterprise under Electricity Company No. 3 to become the Song Han Power Corporation as follows:

The actual value of the Ly Tam Concrete Paving Plant - Material Transport Enterprise under Electricity Company No. 3 (Decision No. 344 EVN/HĐQT/TCKT dated November 21, 2001, issued by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Corporation on determining the enterprise's value at the time of decision to transfer the Ly Tam Concrete Paving Plant - Material Transport Enterprise under Electricity Company No. 3 to become a joint-stock company) at 00:00 on January 1, 2001 is: 1,202,976,770 Vietnamese dong. Of which, the actual value of the State capital portion in the Plant is: 1,000,000,000 Vietnamese dong.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, the Director of Electricity Company No. 3, the Material Transport Enterprise, the Ly Tam Concrete Paving Plant, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the Song Han Power Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
