Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 177/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 1, 2003 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Office for Archives;
In accordance with Circular No. 21/2005/TT-BNV dated February 1, 2005 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the archives and record management organizations of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and People's Committees;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Office for Archives and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Department - Ministry of Home Affairs
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this Decision are the "Standards for Directors of Provincial and Central City Archives Centers" to serve as a basis for the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities to consider and appoint.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Departments, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Heads of the organizations under the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Directors of Provincial and Central City Archives Centers, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this decision./
