THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 111/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2006 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of contractors under the Construction Law;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on National Reserves No. 17/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 270/2003/QĐ-TTg dated December 24, 2003 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Reserve Agency under the Ministry of Finance.
At the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on Importing and Exporting National Food Reserves.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Abolishing Decision No. 253/QĐ-DTQG dated June 15, 2001 of the Director of the National Reserve Agency promulgating the Provision on Purchasing National Food Reserves and Decision No. 254/QĐ-DTQG dated June 15, 2001 of the Director of the National Reserve Agency promulgating the Provision on Selling National Food Reserves.
Article 3. The Director of the National Reserve Agency, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.
