Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Considering Circular No. 2371/UBND dated June 30, 2008 of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province and the monument dossier,
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Monument Classification:
HISTORICAL MONUMENT
THE LOCATION OF THE CENTRAL INSPECTION COUNCIL OF THE SOUTH DURING THE PERIOD 1969 - 1975
TAN LAP COMMUNE, TAN BINH DISTRICT, TAY NINH PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh Province, the Management Board of Historical Monuments of the South, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
