PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposals of the Ministers of the Ministries of Science and Technology, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. Not to recover funds supported by the state budget for pilot production projects of products approved pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decisions: number 11/2006/QD-TTg dated January 12, 2006, number 14/2007/QD-TTg dated January 25, 2007, number 97/2007/QD-TTg dated June 29, 2007, number 61/2007/QD-TTg dated May 7, 2007, number 114/2007/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2007, number 177/2007/QD-TTg dated November 20, 2007, number 159/2008/QD-TTg dated December 4, 2008, and number 1030/QD-TTg dated July 20, 2009, from the date this Decision takes effect.
Article 2. The Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to guide the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect on December 1, 2010.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
