CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE REVISED AND UPDATED LIST OF PERMITTED AQUATIC FEED IN VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 BY THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008 BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 08/2010/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT OF FEBRUARY 5, 2010 ON THE MANAGEMENT OF ANIMAL FEED,
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE REVISED AND UPDATED LIST OF PERMITTED AQUATIC FEED IN VIETNAM:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE REVISED AND UPDATED LIST OF PERMITTED AQUATIC FEED IN VIETNAM, INCLUDING:
1. THE LIST OF ADDED COMPLETE MIXED FEED FOR AQUACULTURE PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM (ANNEX 1).
2. THE LIST OF ADDED SUPPLEMENTARY FEED FOR AQUACULTURE PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM (ANNEX 2).
3. THE LIST OF REVISED PRODUCT NAMES, MANUFACTURER NAMES, AND QUALITY ANNOUNCEMENT NUMBERS IN THE LISTS OF PERMITTED AQUATIC FEED IN VIETNAM (ANNEX 3).
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE STATE, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, BUSINESS, AND USE OF AQUATIC FEED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
