Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Maritime Safety Survey

Pursuant to the Government Decree No.ố 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport; Based on the proposal by the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Director of the Science and Technology Department, The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to establish Economic and Technical Standards for Maritime Safety Survey.

At the request of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Department Head of the Department for Marine Economic and Technical Survey Safety Assurance. Article 1.

This Circular hereby promulgates the Economic and Technical Standards for Maritime Safety Survey attached hereto. Article 2.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 20, 2014.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./. Article 3.
