ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT, EXPLOITATION, AND USE OF VESSEL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND REMOTE TRACKING IDENTIFICATION

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Maritime Code of Vietnam dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the International Convention on Safety of Life at Sea 1974 and its amendments;

At the proposal of the Minister of Transport,

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT DECIDES TO ISSUE THE REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT, EXPLOITATION, AND USE OF VESSEL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND REMOTE TRACKING.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT, EXPLOITATION, AND USE OF VESSEL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND REMOTE TRACKING.

Article 2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND URBAN CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, GROUPS, AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
