DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Approve the national key trade promotion program for 2003
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/ND-CP dated December 4, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 05/2002/NQ-CP dated April 24, 2002 of the Government on certain measures to implement the socio-economic plan for 2002;
Pursuant to Decision No. 0104/2003/QĐ-BTM dated January 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade promulgating the regulations on the establishment and management of the national key trade promotion program;
Pursuant to the delegation of authority of the Prime Minister under Decision No. 57/2003/QD-TTg dated April 17, 2003 approving the national key trade promotion programs and Circular No. 643/CP-KTTH dated May 16, 2003 adjusting the 2003 trade promotion program;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the national key trade promotion program for 2003 and the leading agency responsible for its implementation according to the attached list and conditions.
Article 2. The leading agency shall be responsible for implementing the approved program in accordance with the objectives, contents, schedule, and ensuring effectiveness in compliance with state regulations.
Article 3. The leading agency shall create favorable conditions for businesses from all economic sectors to participate in the approved program and mobilize business contributions in accordance with current regulations.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The heads of the leading agencies of the program and the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion - Ministry of Trade are responsible for enforcing this decision.
