In Notices No. 5944/TM-VP dated December 6, 2005, No. 4552/TM-VP dated September 21, 2005, No. 3177/TM-VP dated July 1, 2005, No. 3903/TM-VP dated August 13, 2004, and No. 2138/TM-DB dated May 12, 2004, the Ministry of Trade disseminated the ASEAN Integration Support Program (AISP) along with the lists of goods and regulations on conditions for enjoying preferential treatment from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Recently, Thailand has announced the addition to the list of products eligible for AISP preferential treatment for Vietnam, including 36 eight-digit HS codes. All added products have an AISP preferential tariff rate of 0%. The regulations on conditions for enjoying preferential treatment remain unchanged.
The Ministry of Trade hereby attaches the list of additional products mentioned above to this Notice and respectfully requests all Ministries, Agencies, and People's Committees of Provinces/Cities to continue disseminating this information to affiliated enterprises to effectively utilize these preferential treatments.
