GENERAL INSPECTOR
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Program of Action of the Government to implement the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption and the Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste;
At the proposal of the Director of the Government Inspectorate Office;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Program of Action of the Government Inspectorate to implement the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption and the Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments, Heads of Units under the Government Inspectorate, Chief Inspectors of Ministries and Agencies, Chief Inspectors of Provinces and Cities directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
